How do you handle defective items?
All products are strictly checked before packaging to ensure the defective rate is less than 1%. If any defects occur during transportation or improper use, we will send replacements in your next order. If the defective rate exceeds 1%, all defective products should be returned for replacement. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and the seller is responsible for shipping the replacements.
