How do I place an order?
- Tell us the models, quantity, flavors, and other requirements, then we will send the price quote to you.
- The Proforma Invoice (PI) will be sent to you after you confirm the order details.

How about the after-sales service?
- The e-cigarette has a 12-month warranty after shipment, excluding damage caused by human factors.
- All products are strictly inspected before packaging to ensure the defective rate is kept under 1%.
- In case any defects occur during transportation or due to improper use, we will send replacements in your next order. If the defective rate exceeds 1%, all defective products must be returned for replacement processing.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the seller is responsible for the shipping costs of resending the replacement units.
