Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
How does an industrial air heated vaporizer work?
An industrial ambient air heated vaporizer utilizes the natural heat from the surrounding atmosphere to vaporize cryogenic liquids. As the cryogenic liquid passes through the specially designed aluminum finned tubes, it absorbs heat from the air, transitioning from a liquid phase back to a gaseous phase without requiring external electricity or fuel.
What types of media can be processed with these vaporizers?
These vaporizers are compatible with a wide range of industrial and medical cryogenic gases, including Liquid Oxygen (LOX), Liquid Nitrogen (LIN), Liquid Argon (LAr), Liquid Carbon Dioxide (LCO2), Liquified Natural Gas (LNG), Liquid Ethylene (LC2H4), and Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG).
What is the standard working pressure range?
Our standard air heated vaporizers support working pressures ranging from 0.8 Mpa up to 35.0 Mpa, making them highly versatile for different industrial applications.
Can I customize the flow rate capacity?
Yes. Standard single units support capacities from 50 to 16,000 NM3/H. For applications requiring larger volume output, we offer combined structure configurations that can be scaled to meet your precise flow rate needs.
What manufacturing and quality standards do your vaporizers comply with?
Our design and manufacturing processes strictly comply with recognized international standards, including GB, ASME, PED (CE), CCS, CNNC, and CASC, ensuring safety, reliability, and global compatibility.
