Our manufacturing facility was established in 1998 in China. We are a professional large-scale manufacturer of all types of non-woven products, including disposable medical consumables, industrial personal protective equipment, and beauty salon spa disposable products, such as face masks, respirators, coveralls, bed cover settings, caps, gowns, lab coats, sleeve covers, overshoes, and so on.
Our facility has more than 800 stable and trained workers. All staff wear anti-static working suits, shoe covers, and hairnets before entering to ensure the workshop remains clean and hair-free. Every workshop has QC inspectors to supervise quality and handle issues, maintaining high running efficiency for production. Every product passes through a strict QC process before packaging and shipping.
Higher standard quality is always our pursuit. To control quality from the raw material step and save production costs, we set up a fabric production line and an internal laboratory in 2021. We have accessed ISO13485, ISO9001, EN14683 TYPE I, TYPE II, TYPE IIR, EN13795-1, EN14795-2, DOC with EC-REP, CIBG, EN14126 TYPE 4B, TYPE 5&6, UKCA, AAMI Level 1, Level 2 & Level 3, ASTM Level 2, and 510K registration. We also registered disposable medical masks, gowns, overshoes, caps, and scrub suits in Europe EUDAMED.

We pay high attention to the QC process to make sure every batch of products can meet customers' requirements.
We obtained ISO9001 and ISO13485 certificates and set up our own internal lab in 2021, which performs the following testing internally: PFE, differential pressure, pull, tearing strength, fabric weight, ingredients, microbial cleanliness, Synthetic Blood Penetration testing, Hydrostatic pressure, and others.
